We recently had a fire in our garage that was devastating. The fire was contained to the garage but the smoke and soot infiltrated the entire house. We were in shock having never experienced something like this. The next day as we were surveying the damage a lady walked up and introduced herself (Theresa with ProClean). Would give 10 stars if I could. They have to be your first call for anything related to asbestos. Very knowledgeable, kind, and explains things in laymens terms for the majority of homeowners who need it. Also a free service call - I did not even end up needing their services and he spent a lot of time explaining my options when I had an asbestos scare.
I highly recommend ProClean to anyone dealing with fire or water damage. After experiencing a water leak, I contacted three other mitigation companies before finally reaching out to ProClean—and the difference was night and day.
The first company, ServiceMaster, nearly caused more damage than they prevented. The second, Rainbow Restoration, refused to work on a project that another company had already touched. The third, Servpro, tried to sell me on services that weren’t necessary or even relevant to my situation.
