“Restoration 1 was called due to busted water pipe in my home on 8/1/2026 . Joshua was at my home in less than 2 hrs after the plumber left . He was quick to access the damaged areas and recommend what was needed . Joshua then proceeded to remove all affected carpet and flooring, etc and then got the fans and dehumidifiers setup to start the drying process . Over the next 5 days , Joshua and Robert returned to my home each day to recheck moisture levels to ensure all was drying as needed and make any needed adjustments .
