I was put in contact with Langston by a great friend/minister that knew we were having issues with another provider fixing our unit. We had zero heat for over two weeks because I kept giving the other company the benefit of the doubt but with the recent cold snap, we could not deal with the cold any longer so we called Langston. They sent a very knowledgeable technician and resolved the issue without a trial and error technique that is designed to make the company more money by replacing parts that didn’t need to be replaced in the first place. We really appreciate Langston and would recommend them over anyone in the shoals on honesty and ethics.
