My heat decided not to work in the middle of an ice storm. We called so many people and everyone refused to get out, which I understand. However I call A-OK and Christopher walked us through a trouble shooting process. Unfortunately it did not work, but he tried his best and is also trying to find us a part. They have earned our business for a lifetime.

This Heating and Cooling company is top notch. I had an emergency during mothers day weekend and home was so hot we couldn't even enjoy the day. I posted on Facebook and tech was there within 30 mins and had our home cooling with 45. Price and service was outstanding and will be sending them more business. Highly Recommended. A++ Service and Pricing was outstanding. Overall experience was well and beyond expected.
