This has been, by far, the best experience I have ever had with any company! It started with a tree falling on my house. I was having some issues with the inside of my house as well (not roof related) and the contractor recommended The Roofing Dudes so I gave them a call. Jonathan came out to assess the damage and to give me a quote. He was fabulous! I had only expected to get the damage fixed but he recommended that the entire roof be replaced. I was extremely skeptical that the insurance company would pay for that but he told me they would reach out to the insurance company and work with them to get it approved. Maria is the lady that has handled my case and is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. She worked tirelessly with the insurance adjuster for weeks and kept me updated every step of the way. In the end, the insurance company paid for the roof and I didn't have to spend countless hours dealing with the insurance company. The crew came out this morning and installed my new roof and did a fantastic job. They showed up right on time and worked so hard. Andres showed me all of the before and after pics of issues I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. I can't say enough good things about this company, it's obvious to me that the employees care very much and take great pride in their work and the company. Thank you so much to Maria, Jonathan, Andres and the whole crew that helped me through this process, you guys truly have been amazing!!
