“Love this HVAC company. When I inherited my grandmothers house within a year I realized issues with the AC unit. Rode it out until the second spring, the unit completely died. Not going to lie, I panicked. It gets hot here fast and I wanted to make sure the kids stayed comfortable. Called a couple different companies to get an estimate/quote. One company’s receptionist was so rude when I asked that I knew I definitely would not be spending any money with them. Stinnett was kind from the first conversation. They explained everything to me, warranty, the unit and price. It’s never a fun spending that kind of money (new unit money) but when you have to it’s great to know your hard earned money is going to kind and knowledgeable people.
