It's JULY 4th weekend..We, as always, are so privileged to have Snellgrove H & C service our unit..Every time they are needed, they arrive, promptly, & their guys, their service work is above the BEST!! This company has installed 2 new systems for us, and installed duct work and a system that we already had. We had an issue with another unit, and technician Craig came out today, (same day as called) and identified, and fixed the issue. Prompt, professional, courteous!! Thank y'all David Caylor, and team!! 5 stars!!!
Recently moved to the area I signed up for their yearly maintenance program And I didn’t even have to call them to schedule a service. They reached out to me first which I really appreciate that They sent their technician out Craig. He answered all my questions, very professionally and respectfully definitely an asset for this company.
