The customer service with Lacey is impeccable. Her tone of voice is calm and very sweet. I would go with their company just on her spirit. If the service repair guy is like her Im truly sold on their company. We shall see.

Excellent service! Jim is so knowledgeable and will gladly share information with you. He is very affordable and he really makes you feel like a priority! Oh and his wife Lacey is the sweetest! She makes you feel like you've known each other for years!

My partner and I had such a great experience with the Jimmerson Air team. They were punctual, professional, and delivered great quality service! My partner and I had our AC go out in the middle of August. No fun. They came out super quick and fixed our problem after a few diagnostics.
