“Love this HVAC company. When I inherited my grandmothers house within a year I realized issues with the AC unit. Rode it out until the second spring, the unit completely died. Not going to lie, I panicked. It gets hot here fast and I wanted to make sure the kids stayed comfortable. Called a couple different companies to get an estimate/quote. One company’s receptionist was so rude when I asked that I knew I definitely would not be spending any money with them. Stinnett was kind from the first conversation. They explained everything to me, warranty, the unit and price. It’s never a fun spending that kind of money (new unit money) but when you have to it’s great to know your hard earned money is going to kind and knowledgeable people. AC unit has been going strong a couple years now. I will definitely be using this company indefinitely for all my heating and cooling needs.“
