“We retired in the Florida panhandle from South Florida a year ago. The double wide mobile home we purchased was in need of A/C repairs. We knew no one in the area.
We were still in the process of traveling back and forth to Homestead Fl to finish moving our 30+ years of“stuff” to our new home. We were Blessed to find Don Nichols company from a sticker on the refrigerator of our new home. He came and found we needed some parts that had to be ordered. Even though we had to leave for South Florida for another load, he said he would have it going before we got back.
He wouldn’t take any payment for the diagnostics or the attempt to get it going. No money up front for parts …just a handshake. Our double wide was nice and cool when we arrived back North. Fast forward to this year….historic heatwave and again we were in need. Our old A/C just couldn’t keep up. Don Nichols to our rescue……New 5ton 2 stage unit ordered on a handshake. Quick half day install from
Don and his Son Nathan. All was well until a duct problem arose. A phone call and Nathan was the Knight in shining armor to the rescue…..half of the ductwork replaced and the other half checked and repaired.
Again, GREAT service on a handshake.
