I can go on my own time, the virtual workouts are easy to follow, showing modifications to make the workouts more or less challenging.The separate workout area is great for exercises outside the sauna with weights, benches, exercise balls, etc.This location is usually clean and quiet (depending on the time of day) and the staff is friendly.I would recommend HotWorx to anyone looking to burn calories on their own time.“
