This place is definitely more than just a yoga or barre class. The instructors here make you feel welcome, and they give you a sense of empowerment during a class that you can take with you when you leave. They offer classes for everyone and have several time options through the week for those of us with busy lives! The community that surrounds this place is incredible and their support for other businesses in the city is amazing.

I highly recommend this place for a great workout! You can tell the instructors are very knowledgeable in every aspect of what they are teaching and they make it fun! The clients are all so friendly and the music is fire!!!!! So thankful to have these lovlies in my hometown.

This is a great place for all ages and levels of fitness. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The instructors are so relatable and very helpful. The classes are designed so that you can participate in any capacity. They’re always ready with modifications and uplifting words if you’re struggling and it feels like a second home. I always leave in a better mood no matter what kind of day I’ve had because of the positive energy in the space. I’m very grateful for everyone here!
