Though not the lowest prices, the company was chosen because of him, and price matching was available. Kevin Jasso and his crew performed a wonderful and quiet install, allowing focus on work while they installed a mini split in the same room. They ensured everything worked before leaving and answered questions. They followed up to ensure everything was working properly. They also did a wonderful job cleaning vents and air ducts. It was a great experience using a locally owned company. The techs educated customers on tankless water heaters and gave options, installing a unit with a lithium battery for hot water when lights go out. Nick and Chad were great, with install done in 3 hours and done right. Mark gave a thorough check up and options, being candid, fair, polite, and professional, going out of his way for great service at a great price. From owners to field technicians, they make sure you feel comfortable with any work or service. Alan was very professional and did a great job, arriving within a couple of hours for an AC problem on a Sunday.
