I had a very pleasant experience with Candace Ramey, a Technician at Mold and Mildew Solutions. She came for my yearly check up and maintenance for my crawlspace. She could’ve been in and out in 20 minutes, but instead was there six hours finding every little thing that could help the humidity and temperature under the house. She was in contact with her supervisors several times, even took a trip to Lowe’s for parts. All of this which really would’ve been fine without, but she wanted to make sure that it was as good as it could possibly get.
I cannot begin to express how appreciative and thankful I am for Jason and Lee and the entire crew at mold and mildew solutions. I gave them what seemed like an almost insurmountable task and they knocked it out like it was one of their daily tasks. I've Used mold and mildew solutions over the last 10 years. Ever since Lee used to be the one crawling up under the homes It is plastic suit. I don't think he's still doing it. But his team is doing just as good as he always did.

I highly recommend Mold & Mildew Solutions. My A/C unit leaked and unfortunately the water spread into 3 adjoining rooms. I was away from home and by the time I found the problem, mold had already developed. From the first phone call, everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Wayne's knowledge & experience was evident as he explained exactly what was needed to remedy the situation. He also shared suggestions & advice to help me navigate other parts of the process that were outside the scope of the work they would be performing.
