Very professional business with impressive tailored, personal service. Always available, clearly focused on selling you what you need in the moment. I’ve used them for a pretty giant project in buying a very old house that needed cleanup, to just a small duct cleaning at a brand new house. They are there to provide what you need and not “oversell” you on products or services you don’t need.

The whole process from start to finish was professional, courteous, & expedited. After waiting over a week for another company to just give us a call to set up an appointment I heard about M&MS, called and Ms. Deborah was able to get a technician out the same day and sent a pre-visit email detailing costs and an e-book on mold (great value add)!Mr. Steve arrived, completed a thorough inspection and was a wealth of knowledge in everything mold! I was worried about some spores that had popped up in what will be our first child’s nursery and he put all our worries at ease! The company is very professional, Wayne made the whole process extremely easy and he was always available to answer questions. The technicians were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They explained the process to the degree that I could understand, which put my mind at ease. Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I do I will definitely call them again.
