I met DEC Fire & Water Restoration thru my plumbing company when they repaired a water leak in the crawl space. My first contact was with Allen Jackson, local DEC business manager. He quickly assessed the damage and recommended a course of mitigation to prevent further degradation of the structure. My insurance company initially balked on honoring my claim, seemingly standard operating procedure.
