Landon has been to our home twice now, and he is genuinely one of the best service professionals I’ve dealt with across any industry. He is personable, incredibly respectful, and very professional. He takes the time to help you understand what the problem is, what he’s doing to address it, and why, without ever making you feel talked down to or pressured into a sale.
After two excellent experiences, I would absolutely request him by name for any future service and recommend him without hesitation. He is exceptionally good at what he does and an excellent representation of the company.
The tech Joe Martin was very polite on time and experienced and did all he could even helped me with a discount coupon to save me money! Also advised me about how to keep my ac unit from having problems from grass blown around!
Derek was awesome! He came to the house with us thinking we needed a new unit just a couple of months having it serviced by another company. He was very thorough and he was able to get us back up and going in no time. We had also used Brown about 3 weeks earlier at my father’s house. Great service, great pricing, and great people.
