I purchased my new AC unit from Plus One in April of 2026. My AC was not keeping up at all in my old home. The technician, Justin, came out immediately, and he spent a few hours analyzing all my air flow and AC issues. He and his team made great recommendations to fix my problems, and the new unit really helped keep my home cooler along with adding a new vent in my living room. On a separate call, they came out immediately again, and they found that an animal had ripped holes in my duct work to get to cooler air, and they fixed it the same day.
