My first time doing pilates let alone aerial pilates and had so much fun! Brittany was so sweet and encouraging to everyone. She was clear and precise instructing us. I will definitely be going again!

Aero Joe Pilates is staffed by a professional and knowledgeable team of experts in body mechanics. They note each person’s skill level, recommend appropriate classes; and even in group classes provide individual attention, when needed.I have had the privilege of taking both group and private lessons, and the learning experience has been profound. I have some shoulder issues, and the targeted exercises have helped immensely.
