I would give 10 stars if I could... I have been looking for someone that could actually release 20+ years of tightness, pressure, and pain in my neck and back and I finally found her. Judy does body work. And her work on my body in just a few sessions has given me the most relief that I've ever had. It's like my body is not stuck anymore. It's lighter, freer, healthier. Judy has developed her craft and her hands know how to heal. I think that's a byproduct of 30+ years experience coupled with being very intentional and genuinely caring for her clients. I was having shoulder pain that was getting worse and worse. Judy was very meticulous in finding out what was causing the pain and she knew just what to do to alleviate it. She was also very helpful in suggesting how to prevent injury in the future. Judy is very knowledgeable about body work and seems to have a passion for helping people. I highly recommend her.
