“This is a beautiful gym, very spacious with lots of room to spread out even when it’s busy. You see all sorts of folks working out here, from professionals to beginners. It’s a very non-judgemental space.
One thing I really appreciate is that you get two free personal training sessions just for joining. I trained with James, and he did a great job showing me how to safely use the gym equipment, and how to build a beginner’s routine.
I also appreciate the wide variety of classes offered here! There are so many ways to work out alone or with a group, whatever your preference may be.
Overall I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a well-rounded and affordable place to work out!”

“Good clean gym. Spoke with employee the other day about something my husband saw a person do while inside the gym workout area, not putting it in review, but if your employee didnt say anything about what it was i can tell you via email or other means. Happened after 9pm on the 29th, could look at when he checked in to see a more exact time frame”
