when i first started getting back into the gym in 2021, i was extremely intimidated. thanks to a couple of close friends, i chose 24e and my journey began. one thing i learned is that the home gym you pick is so important. if you don’t love it, it will not help you stay disciplined to go. i use several of 24e locations for the different types of equipment and space. this is really convenient and a perk depending on what type of workouts i want to do that day and also the ability to just have a change of scenery. the staff is always super friendly and attentive as well. i have had other memberships at gyms but none are quite as awesome to me as my 24e one.i don’t have...read full review
Joel and Brenda are wonderful trainers and they have helped me grow my nutritional knowledge and improve my skills at working out in the proper way. Because of their direction I have gained over 6 Ibs of muscle in the last 6 months! I highly recommend 24e fitness and I highly recommend Joel Heath and Brenda Terry as trainers
Great place! My favorite gym I've ever been a member of. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they keep everything spotless, sauna is top notch, and the smoothie bar is great. Also shoutout to Paige who goes above and beyond to give great customer service!
