Mainline is the best! Craig came out to repair our system today and it was extremely efficient and professional. It’s pretty unusual to have this level of customer service mixed with professional competence. He arrived early, was super helpful and courteous, and was able to find a great solution when our AC went out. I will definitely be calling these guys in the future!
We hired Mainline to fix our upstairs AC unit that had been out since May. Paul came out to diagnose the issue and determine what part was needed, and he was a God send. The week they were fixing our upstairs unit, our downstairs unit also went out. In a panic, I called Mainline again to see if someone could help. It was almost 8:00 pm and I was concerned how late it was, but Paul came back out and he had the unit up and running within an hour! James fixed our downstairs unit, and both he & Paul were amazing. These guys are super knowledgeable and were so nice. Don't hesitate to call them!
