This is a 100/100 service !!! love that this is a family owned brand because the pride they take in their work is so much higher than the big national chains. They did a tune-up on our HVAC and found a small leak before it became a huge disaster. It's that kind of attention to detail that saves you thousands in the long run. They were punctual and very polite throughout the visit. Really glad we switched to them.
After a storm our thermostat had a power surge and went out. Mathew came to our house within 2 hours from calling on a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and had us a new thermostat installed and back up and working within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Engle Services.
