Highly recommend Hard Rok for new construction plumbing or existing. We’ve had them do everything from water softeners, cabin plumbing (2) new faucets, emergency call outs and more! Billy and his crew are incredible. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 5 stars for sure. We wouldn’t know what to do without them over many, many years!
Best service ! Chris from Hard Rok went above and beyond to get our hot water heater going . Processed a very difficult warranty claim spending a couple extra hours with tech to prove with manufacturer it was needed replaced . Quickly found a new one and had us up and running quickly . Went the extra mile every step of the way . We would never use another company because this was 10 out of 10 customer service .
