Have a weird septic pipe configuration and if we're not super careful it gets plugged. So we have seen Alpine on several occasions and they have always been so helpful! Fixes us up in no time flat and are always very reasonable on cost. I have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!
I recently had a poor experience with a different septic company and am happy to review that Alpine showed up exactly when they said they would. Ultimately they could not thaw my drain line as it turns out I do not have an external clean out but their guys came into my crawl space to verify my clean outs were indeed inside, they didn't charge me for the call even though they could have, and they provided the information on a company that could take care of me prior to leaving.
