At first I wasn’t pleased with the service. We had a toilet issue and a young man came out and tried to unclog but after a day of it working it was back to being clogged again so I called Alpine again and this time Steve, an older gentleman with many years of experience came and took one look at our toilet and suggested that a new toilet would fix the problem. He said I would rather you spend the money on a new toilet than pay them again to mess around trying to clear a clog. He even recommended the best kind of toilet and it happened to be on sale at Lowe’s that day. We bought the toilet and problem is now solved. It was an emergency, of course. ALPINE worked to fit us in their schedule on the same day. Once onsite, they had it resolved within the hour. Thank you ALPINE and all your wonderful staff from front office to the guys in the field. Start to finish handled it all flawlessly.
