“I'm a local realtor of 10 years and had Byler build a new construction 4plex for me in Anchorage. This was a challenging project and although we went over our timelines it was from delays directly involving the muni and Chugach Electric. Byler was great to deal with when changes came up and we needed to work together on a solution. He was very reasonable and even generous with upgrades and things he could have change ordered me on and didn't . I only knew about some of the changes because I noticed. He just made the change at his expense and never even pointed it out. At the end of the day I ended up with a property nicer than most other builders and at a better value. The project wasn't perfect but none are and neither am I. And, there is no other builder I would rather work with to build a multifamily.“

“When we called they came out with a ton of information on our land that was nice to know. We had a retaining wall put up then lawn put in. The price was AWESOME, but be prepared to wait since he has many things going. The work is done and he came back and fixed the holes in the lawn. All n all I am happy with the turn out. It still needs work since we have a ton of weeds but it's all fixable.“
