Excellent customer service with great techs that know their jobs very well and always fix my hearing aid issues. They all care about you as a patient and treat you with respect and kindness.

I've been going to Northland Audiology since the early 90s and they have never failed to provide great service and have always addressed any concern I had with my hearing aids. They've changed the tubes, helped with bluetooth software questions, tested the microphones, etc. I really appreciate how they work to get me in when I'm having a hearing aid problem because I really need those aids to work.
