I just wish they provided more then just Shellac and nail polish. I would love if they provided waxing and some gel x or nail extension services.
They were fast in getting a estimate and didn’t try to add on things I didn’t need for more money. The gutter replacement was excellent. I would highly recommend Rain Country.

Tom did a great job painting my house in Douglas. It needed a lot more work than originally anticipated. Tom did a very detailed job. He is a one-man show and does good work. I have received many compliments on the house from neighbors and friends alike since it's been painted.
John Cooper came highly recommended my my real-estate agent and did my home inspection, which was great and he did such an awesome job explaining house things to me. Fast forward 7 months, I had a pin hole leak in my crawlspace pipe, lots of water spraying all over the place and I had no clue how to shut off my water. Tiffany provides a wonderfully relaxing environment and is great fun. She’s able to achieve quality results without keeping you in the chair all day. My hair is so perfectly platinum that a stranger asked me if I had a form of albinism! They were stunned that it wasn’t my natural color. Thanks again!

Great place, long wait on the weekend if you don't make an appointment. The woman is skilled, fast and gentle. Never had any hair pulling, snagging or discomfort. She always cuts it exactly as I envision, even if I am bad at explaining.

Great local barber, the shop is a bit small and can feel crowded when it's busy but the cuts are great! The shop has a very classic vibe to it with lots of cool things on the wall to look at!

They did a very good job with you pedicures. We were in Juno for the day on a cruise. It's about a mile from the pier so you would need to Uber if you don't like long walks. Good says they take credit cards but when we got there we see a big sign CASH ONLY. Luckily we had enough but be aware of that

Booked ahead of our trip to Juneau. 15 minute walk from the cruise port. Great staff and nice shop. Very clean and bright. Our manis and pedi were fantastic!
The newly remodeled space is awesome! I saw Ena and she did exactly what I wanted and took her time with me- not getting my skin once and no sloppy adhesive left on my cuticles or skin. She did a hard gel fill and a deluxe gel pedicure.

Great experience, Janell was so kind and walked me through my first wax. She was very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. The studio was also very clean and inviting.
Matt and Trevor did an outstanding job installing our new sink and adding the proper venting. They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and worked efficiently without any unnecessary delays. What really stood out was how well they communicated throughout the process—they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and were very responsive to my concerns. They made sure the job was done right and even took the time to walk me through how everything worked once it was finished.They were also incredibly respectful of my home—keeping the work area clean and leaving everything spotless when they left.

I bought a house this year and made an appointment (booked a bit out but good service is like that). Alaska Hearth was even able to search their system by address so they had service records that I hadn't had access to so that was nice. Their team was quick and efficient and my woodstove is working great. Will definitely call them again next year for annual service.

Dr. Baastrup is amazing. First chiropractor in two years that relieved my rib issue. He treats the entire spine every visit ( and for me my ribs) . He is also helpful and knowledgeable and explains the what and why of your problem and will also give you exercises to help strengthen your affected areas. Very glad to have found him. Highly recommend.

If you want your pup pampered in Juneau, Alaska, this is the business for your pups! Not only do they get treated like royalty the whole time they are being serviced, the quality of work lasts! As long as you are a respectful client, and your dog has the right pup-a-tude this is the best place in town to get your pet spick and span!
