I was visiting from Illinois and was not feeling well. I originally booked a video appointment and was called to come in because I was a new patient. From the moment I arrived I received excellent care from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner. Very caring and professional! Highly recommend the Juneau Urgent care!!

Walked into the clinic after taking a fall on black ice. I knew it was bad. The clinic was super busy, but as soon as they saw my arm they ushered me in and helped get me stabilized and set up fuor my follow up. Everyone was super nice.

The people are great. Very chipper, goofy even but still managed to stay professional and informative.The service is full spectrum.Highly recommend for primary care. Thank you Perez and team.
