Based on the reviews, the Ethel Lund Medical Center in Juneau provides medical services with a helpful and professional staff. Patients were worked in quickly, and the staff was super helpful, friendly, and attentive. The environment is clean, and everything moved quickly, with a quick pharmacy wait. While one blood draw was unpleasant and rushed by one staff member, the overall experience was very good. The urgent care resolved issues with little trouble, and the front desk answered all questions. Doctors were described as sweet, efficient, and super friendly, with one doctor taking time to listen and ensure care was provided.
We had a minor urgent care situation come up while visiting Juneau from another Southeast town. They were very helpful, professional, and attentive. Everything moved quickly and our issue was resolved with little trouble. The front desk was helpful and answered all of our questions. We recommend the urgent care for any issue that might come up.
The staff was just amazing.. From when we first walked thru the doors. We were greeted with warm smiles, hot coffee ... Wait time wasn't longer then 5min.😌 just a remarkable job handling there patients... Appreciate everything you've done for me and my family.. Makes us feel warm &welcomed here in Juneau...
Just a heads up for anyone else with the military being stationed in Juneau - A doctor at this center was given to me as a PCM but when I went in to fill out new patient forms and such, they told me only native indian or native alaskan people can be patients there. Couldn't find info of that on the website but just so other's are aware, I'm leaving a review.
