Yoga in Juneau

“I’ve felt so much progress in the last month, it’s honestly hard to put into words. Just being able to sweat indoors in a group setting was a big step for me, let alone moving my body into positions that challenge my balance, mobility, and confidence.

As a new person, I felt welcome from the very beginning, which made stepping outside my comfort zone much easier.

Thanks to the yoga instructors for the encouragement, the gentle corrections, and the small adjustments you’ve made to help improve my form and posture. They’ve made a big difference. 🙏“

“I have been in between gym memberships and finally took the leap over to the DT Juneau location.
Josh made signing up easy and he helped explain all the contract information fully.
He mentioned that he mainly works at the Valley location. I was happy to catch him on his one of two nights here DT JRC
