Dr. Brown and his surgical team did a full hip replacement for me about 4 days ago. I had a lot of trepidation about getting this procedure done and waited until I met the individual that made me feel most comfortable and that individual was Dr. Brown. The staff at Juneau Bone and joint center, from the front desk to the X-ray techs, always treat me in a professional, caring manner and I have a lot of respect for everyone I've met there. Having the procedure done at Bartlett was awesome as well, it was a great experience. I'm a very active person and experiencing limited mobility for a couple of years was really depressing. The feeling I had the second I limped in was welcomed. I was treated as if I was the ONLY person they were in business for. After my visit I WALKED out! I didn't limp!!!!! I really recommend them. JBJC are an amazing group of people.
Even though the recorded call gave me the wrong time for my appointment and had me come in at 4:30 instead of 130. They still saw me which was very grateful for. They’ve always been awesome and very knowledgeable. Would go over there and refer my friends to them many many times over have had Four surgeries done by them and have had no problems.
