I've lived in Juneau for two years. Hands down, 1st Impressions Hair Salon is THE best place I have gotten my haircut while living here! The view, all on its own, is worth making this "THE PLACE" to get ones hair done

I gave 4 stars because the level of professionalism is not %100 there. Although the hair cuts are great, Brandi is definitely my go to girl from now on. She knows what would look good as a stylist! She also gave me plenty of hair tips for the winter, and while washing my hair she took more time to clean my hair and scalp. I appreciate her thoughtfulness. All in all I recommend this salon!

I've been getting my hair done here for several years. Kathleen is fantastic. I am a pretty low maintenance type gal and she's consistently given me great hair cuts that are stylish, super low maintenance and grow out beautifully! I haven't used a hair dryer or curling iron in years. She's convinced me to try out a few new styles over the years. Never been disappointed. The shop is clean. They keep on schedule. Service is great.
