This place is an absolute gem. The teachers are outstanding and the exercises stick with you, making every aspect of life better. Class is always fun and challenging too (as challenging as I want it to be).Beyond physical well-being and injury recovery, I have more confidence because of my much improved posture. The teachers at studio one are life changers. Thank you so much.

I’m a 5’11” 235lb muscular male. I have zero shame in saying that I love VASIE Pilates and what it has given back to me. Paul Van Alstine is expertly qualified to evaluate your current state and set you on a path that can help you immensely. I have a rare autoimmune genetic disorder that rendered me hypermobile (double jointed) since birth with inflammation problems. The staff was on top of being aware and guided me hands on through out. I absolutely love Studio One! If you are looking for a comprehensive whole body workout look no further. It's low impact enough that anyone of any age or size can do it. Yet it's challenging as well and you get real results. Every week they focus on a different part of the body, so you get a well rounded workout and are not just doing the same exercises over and over. The also offer private lessons and workshops. The instructors, as well as the studio staff are so welcoming and kind. I've been going for the past year and they even held my membership while I was recovering from major surgery.
