Upscale Pilates studio right in the center of Anchorage! Instructors are all veterans in the discipline. My husband and I attended the beginners course which is free together and we are looking forward to continuing to add Pilates to our fitness regimen!
I'm so happy to have found Studio One's online program. I live in rural Alaska and do not have access to in-person learning. That being said, I have been so impressed by Ana, I am making the trek to Anchorage for a class. Incredible customer service by a professional and knowledgable staff!
Christina is an experienced Pilates instructor who makes difficult classes fun with her wonderful sense of humor and kindness. I always leave class feeling corrections have been done gently and a sense of caring.
