A really nice gym with a friendly staff. The equipment is in good condition and the locker rooms are clean and well maintained. The gym is usually not crowded and they have a good day rate if you are traveling. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome gym! The staff is very friendly. The whole place is clean and has lots of equipment to use. I got a whole week pass for a great price. The gym is open for great hours and they were even open on the holiday. They have shakes and energy drinks if you need one and comfy places to sit if you are waiting for an Uber or something.I weight lift regulalry and had no problem getting a good lift in for all body parts each time I went. They have powerlifiting equipment like benches, racks and deadlift platforms. They have hammerstrength equipment and good accessory machines too. Also a ton of kettlebells for ab/core work. I love this gym and will be back ASAP!

Been a member for a few years, it's an excellent gym with a reasonable price. Whatever your goal is, you can likely achieve it here, bag work included.It has the right environment.The big bonus is the sauna being open til 11pm.Highly recommended ?
