“K & W remodeled our bathroom this summer, and the entire process was very smooth. Our designer Hayley listened to us very carefully and created very beautiful renderings. She helped us choose beautiful, high-quality materials within our budget. Also, she gave us great advice in choosing the colors that matched our bathroom theme.
As for the actual construction, K & W were willing to work around our schedule. We were provided a calendar that included the entire schedule. The process was very smooth, and the disruption was minimal. All the workers were punctual, professional, and respectful. Everyone cleaned up the area before they left for the day. We were also impressed with the fact that some of them were even willing to work on weekends to keep up with the schedule. Moreover, the craftmanship is excellent, and all the workers are seasoned and highly skilled. K & W transformed our old bathroom with a tub to a very beautiful walk-in shower.
We were also impressed with how often and quickly the team communicated with us. Every week the project manager emailed the update and let us know the upcoming works of the following week. Moreover, our project leader John always texted me in advance and let us know when the workers were coming. The team always answered my questions right away. Indeed K & W went the extra 10 miles for us. For example, after the remodeling was over, John stopped by and made sure that our ceiling had enough insulation. We truly believe that K & W wants to make sure that their clients are satisfied completely. The care, service, and communication exceeded our expectations.
Now we have a very beautiful bathroom, and we are very happy that we chose to work with K & W. It was very pleasant to work with the team. We have a few more interior projects in the future, and we would like to work with K & W again.“

“We lost shingles in the wind storms. Avalanche Construction answered their phone, gave us an estimate of when they would be out, and sent a crew when they said they would. The wind was dying down, but it was still too windy for them to work safely on the roof. They reassured us with a report on the extent of the damage, which wasn't as bad as we thought. Zak and Cole were promptly back on our roof the next day when it was safe. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, thorough, and answered all our questions.“

“Reno came in and did a fantastic job. The bottom of the tub had chips and the paint was worn and scratched. Saved lots of money not tearing the tub out with the associated costs of drywall, tile, paint and flooring.“

“Overall, hands down AMAZING experience! We had just an estimate done on a house my husband and I were interested in buying and holy red flags! Sam was able to explain everything he was seeing in not only a professional manner, but also layman's terms for us to understand. He not only pointed out all the issues to us and how they were occurring, BUT he also took the time to fully explain what exactly was going on, how to properly fix the issue, and what to look out for in future potential houses. He checked in multiple times throughout our 2 hour estimate to ensure we fully understood what he was explaining and allowed us to ask any questions we had without judgement or belittlement. The house we were interested in buying had major moisture issues in the crawl space discovered on home inspection. We had the sellers "fix" the problem hoping they would properly fix it in good faith. When we reinspected, we noticed that the issue was still occurring and that's when I decided it was time to pull our own specialist in because things just weren't adding up. We called him numerous times after the fact with further questions and he answered every time with exquisite professionalism and without hesitation. He went above and beyond and checked in with us a few times via phone call after our meeting with him to further ensure our understanding and instructed us to call him anytime if we had further questions. He is an incredibly valuable resource on what would have been a VERY bad real-estate investment. If you are buying a house and have questions, or if things just aren't adding up DO NOT hesitate to have a professional come in on your behalf. Hands down it will pay itself off in either peace of mind or avoidance of a major financial catastrophe. At the time of our estimate, it was only $100 for him to come out and take a look (AND if you go with him for your contracting needs, that $100 rolls right into the repairs). I personally feel like we made out like bandits for his his time and expertise as I would have happily paid more after the fact. We will pay him $100 ANY time to come take a peak and will HAPPILY use him for ALL our future needs. TAKE MY MONEY! Otherwise we would have been $117k++ in the hole had we gone through with the real-estate deal. If you are looking for, or in need of an actual decent, creditable contractor WITH OUT the BS Sam is your guy! We will certainly call him every time with questions on our next future investment OR with ANY remodels we may have with our future dream home.“

Josh was very meticulous in the work he did from the plumbing to the the drywall, texture and paint! My bathroom is my favorite place to hangout now! He isnt the cheapest guy out there but I would rather pay for some damn good work than be skimpy and have to pay another guy to come back in to fix the first guys mess ups. “We had 2 other drain contractors come out to fix our problem with a broken drain from the garage. The 1st contractor couldn't fix it. The second, also a drain re-liner couldn't do it and wanted to have another company saw and remove the concrete so they could put in a new drain pipe. Rock, from Nu Flow, came out and gave me a bid that was much better than the other companies. His confidence and professionalism was readily apparent. Within a day or two, he and his crew came out and made the repairs. They were definitely the professionals in that business. All were knowledgeable of what they were doing and worked as a well organized team. I'm really glad I was able to find them.
My only regret is that they weren't listed when I searched for drain cleaners and repair companies. It would have saved me much frustration. Really glad they came out. Oh yeah, they also gave a 10 year warranty on the pipe relining.

“I had seen Taylored restoration at many sites when working as a firefighter, and I had a chance to utilize their services this fall.

My mother’s house had a water leak in a boiler area that had gone unnoticed for some time. We utilized Taylored for the repair and couldn’t be more happy with the service, price, and quality of work. At issue was shutting down the system long enough to remove most existing plumbing, excavate all the mildew, Sheetrock, and replace it in a timely manner. Temperatures in the 20’s at night isn’t an optimal time to turn off the heat.

Gordon at Taylored was on time, communicated well, coordinated the repair with the HVAC company (Diamond Heating 10/10!) to effect repairs with as little disturbance and delay as possible for my elderly mom.
The work was under time (early), on budget, and of excellent quality. They worked with me, and were considerate, clean and responsible.
My father was a general contractor, and I have a long history building and repairing residential construction. Price was fair. Would highly recommend!“

They did an excellent job painting our house and work professionally!! We are satisfied with their work and i love that i can tell them how we want the paint done.
