Got there today for an appointment at 10:30, only to find there was a scheduling mishap where when I called to book additional appointments last week, they had accidentally rescheduled today's instead of making a new one for the week after.

The owner/physiotherapist I'm seeing didn't want anyone else to work with me, since my situation is so complicated, so she booked me into her break at 11:30 so I could still be treated today.

In addition to that, without me even having to ask, they cleared a room for me and got me a pillow, blanket, and hot towels so I could lay down for the hour I had to wait, since I can't sit up for long without intense pain.

I was so appreciative of their efforts to rectify the mishap and make me as comfortable as possible as well. Mishaps happen but they handled it with true professionalism and empathy.
