“Anant is THE BEST!!! I saw her while I was pregnant and just had my first postpartum appointment with her. She has helped me so much with my posture and pelvic floor control as well as incontinence control! Postpartum I was TERRIFIED of my pelvic floor, birth was so traumatic and even getting the okay from my midwife I didn't feel particularly comfortable with anyone or thing near my pelvic floor. I am SO glad that I saw Anant recently, she made me feel SO comfortable in my own skin again and not afraid of my pelvic floor at all. She checked where everything is and addressed all my concerns and encouraged me and reassured me that everything would be okay.Anant is super professional, incredibly warm and kind, with great bedside manners. She makes you feel comfortable and confident. I truly believe everyone needs to see her! She is so great and so passionate about addressing all your issues. She will teach you how to properly breathe! Something you would think you already know how to do but man the power and strength of breathing is incredible when you know how to do it properly and for the benefit of your pelvic floor.I always love seeing Anant!
