I was experiencing a bout of vertigo. The online system was easy to book an appointment on and the receptionist followed up quickly. She was friendly and the online forms were easy to fill out.
Bryan is the guru of solving vertigo symptoms. He has a great personality and spent 90 minutes working with me.
He explained what he was doing throughout the entire appointment. I had been to the clinic many years ago for the same condition and Bryan found the notes and followed up with me. I really appreciated it. I hope not to experience Vertigo anytime soon but feel confident that if it happens that Bryan will be able to help me.

Glad to say that Pursuit Physio in Red Deer is really great. Got there today for an appointment at 10:30, only to find there was a scheduling mishap where when I called to book additional appointments last week, they had accidentally rescheduled today's instead of making a new one for the week after.
The owner/physiotherapist I'm seeing didn't want anyone else to work with me, since my situation is so complicated, so she booked me into her break at 11:30 so I could still be treated today.
In addition to that, without me even having to ask, they cleared a room for me and got me a pillow, blanket, and hot towels so I could lay down for the hour I had to wait,...read full review
