“I brought my 5 year old daughter to get her earlobes pierced and was met by Travis at the front desk. Travis was very welcoming and friendly when helping my daughter pick out her dream set of earrings, pink hearts! I also had some inquiries about getting an extra piercing for myself, so Matty came to greet us at the counter to help with my selection of jewellery and recommended placements on my ear.My daughter got nervous as we entered the piercing room and was having second thoughts. Matty was very patient with her, and spoke to my daughter very professionally about making the decision for herself. Matty was able to put my daughter at ease, and she gained the courage to get her piercings done. I got my upper lobe pieced after and it went super smooth.The whole team at Red Loon came to say hi as we were on our way out and gave plenty of compliments to make my daughter feel special.Overall I thought the staff were super friendly and sociable. The place was very clean and had a good selection of jewellery. Matty is very respectful, patient and meticulous about piercing placements and offered plenty of options to ensure we got our piercings in the perfect spots. They did a phenomenal job with my daughter, and we walked out loving our piercings.“

“I came in to get two additional piercings done the two smaller ones in this picture everything was super clear transparent discussed what was gonna happen before during and what I needed to do after to take care of the piercings the price was affordable for the quality and the service everything was done to the highest of care and sterilization I would highly recommend for anybody who is looking for an ear piercing in Edmonton or west Edmonton ear piercing . I was also worried about the pain, but it was basically painless and George really took the time to make sure it was comfortable for me.“

“I randomly wanted a neck tattoo one day. I called and got in right away with Kristina. She did an amazing job on my neck, then my arm, and she will finish my sleeve. Kristina, took my ideas and made them exactly what I wanted. She has amazing skill. I have not had work by bear, but I have seen his clients come out happy with the work he has done. I've had a couple bad experiences with artists. Telling them exactly what I want, but I am paying for their art. Twice left deposits, they refused to show me until the day of the tattoo. I understand that some people get the artist to draw their art then steal the idea for someone else to do. But if you're going to put no changes on, you can't even see the tattoo they came up with until the day you get it, I went in and saw it and said that is nothing at all even close to what I want. The worst was Miranda. 6 months to come up with an original Lilith, look up Medusa black and gray tattoos, but I wanted Lilith, with the snake and owl. On my chest. I see what she came up with, it looked like it came from a child there was no effort, I said that is not what I had asked for, she said I changed so I forfeit my deposit. With Kristina you tell her what you want, she then comes up with exactly what you're looking for, or will go over the changes you want. Her talent is equal to her personality. She is genuine and kind.“
