I had a wonderful experience with Noni at her in-home studio; I went in for lobe piercings. It was so painless, I hadn't even realized she had pierced the first ear until it was time to do the second one! She took the time to inform me of proper cleansing procedures and healing time, which I really appreciated.
Three years before this, I had my ears pierced at a different studio at West Edmonton Mall. The procedure was incredibly painful, and I wasn't informed properly, so my ears hadn't healed the way they should've. Noni is always awesome and knowledgeable! Called 2 places about my sore navel, thinking the bar was too short- and both places said no and that I must be sitting weird. But Noni listened and changed it out for a new, longer bar… and guess what! My navel feels AND looks 10x better already just 2 days later. Thank you!
Absolutely incredible experience being pierced by Noni. I came in pretty anxious about the piercing itself as well as the home studio as these were both new experiences for me, and she absolutely blew me out of the water. She was incredibly kind and understanding, was very patient with me and walked me through every step of the process. The facility was well organized and absolutely pristine. I got my second lobes pierced, and my friend got a helix as well as a rook pierced, and they all turned out fabulous!
