Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Everything was explained to us and even though it was busy (Saturday evening), I still felt like our experience was valued with proper care and attention. My daughter got a second set of earlobe piercings and I had jewelry replaced in my tragus. On a whim I decided to have my second set of earlobe piercings re-opened/pierced. Very happy with all these pretty piercings!!
