I took my daughter here tonight for a nose piercing. I could not have asked for a better experience for me, the Mom lol and more importantly, my daughter. Kenzie did an amazing job. My daughter really liked her and talked about how she put her at ease. The other two women working ( I wish I had gotten their names) were helpful, personable and very friendly. The minute you walk in you feel at ease. I can’t thank you all enough.

I went in today to get my septum redone and Mat was incredible! I can't say enough good things about him. He is so knowledgeable, down to earth, and funny. He explained everything in great detail (including how my septum has a bit of a deviation) and kept me informed throughout. He is a very talented piercer and my septum looks amazing, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! I will absolutely be back to be pierced by him when I get my next one.

The staff here are phenomenal, I initially went to downsize my jewelry at WEM, unfortunately, the piercer broke the pin on my jewelry so we weren’t able to switch it out. While she apologized I wasn’t offered a resolution. When I began pushing for options she told me she could place an order but it might be a few months before it could be repaired. I then came to Dragon FX in Kingsway and was truly blown away by all the people who were so sweet and tried to help me. Jade requested a repair and went to pick it up personally and called me two days later to let me know everything was resolved.
