I saw Jessie yesterday to get my septum re-pierced and it was probably the best experience I have ever had with a piercer. She was incredibly knowledgeable, expressed treatment outcomes and was absolutely dedicated to explaining the entire process from start to finish.I would highly recommend her shop and will be a return client for sure!

We had a fantastic experience with Jessie piercing our young daughter's ears. Jessie was generous with her time, walking me through the entire process over the phone so we'd know what to expect. She also explained everything in detail to my daughter in-person, making it very clear that everything was our daughter's choice and that Jessie would only do the piercings when our daughter was ready (YES to encouraging body autonomy in children). Jessie pierced my daughter’s ears for the second time and she was just as wonderful as the first time. The studio is so clean, and she makes health and safety a priority. She made sure my daughter understood everything and was comfortable going ahead with the piercing. I can’t recommend Shambhala enough!
