Personally, in tattoos I am picky and always looking for something small and dainty with fine lines. He nails it everything!! “We had a great experience this past weekend, taking our 14 year old for a septum piercing. The booking process over the phone was simple and efficient. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The shop is really clean and very welcoming. Everyone we encountered seemed to genuinely be happy to be working there. We filled out some paperwork and then waited for our turn! I didn't go into the room with her, but my partner did and he said that Michelle was really great. She took the time to make sure the teen was comfortable and understood what was going to happen - she also went over aftercare thoroughly and made sure we were set up for success. The jewelry was all good quality, and the prices were quite reasonable. The septum piercing, jewelry and aftercare solution came in under $150.00. I will absolutely head to Red Loon for future piercings!“

“Jessie pierced the ears of all three of my girls- a gift when they turned 10. The shop and piercing stations were meticulously cleaned. She explained the procedure, and made sure the girls knew what was going to happen each step of the way. She has an excellent way with kids - reducing anxiety and making the experience positive. Each girl left the shop knowing how to clean and take care of her piercings. Jessie's advice for jewelery selection was perfect. The earrings did not bother the girls at all. I would definately recommend Jessie to anyone who was looking to have their children's ears pierced.

“I got my second ear lobe done but about a week later the topper fell out so I had to borrow my friends topper since we both got our ears pierced here (she’s had her second and third done a while ago) so I recommend to everyone that has an ear piercing or what ever else piercing you got done here that includes the post and ‘topper’ that you snap it together every once in a while since if something pulls on it (which was what happened to me) it could fall out. Other than that I got mine done by the owner and she was great and so sweet and it healed up nicely.“

Went into the shop as a walk in to get matching sister tattoos. Front desk staff were very nice and Joel took our idea of a birth flower combination tattoo and made a beautiful design. She made sure she was comfortable and aware of the process and how to care for her piercings but did not scare her in the process and ensured she felt empowered and that she was going to be just fine. She wasn't in a rush and really made it a wonderful experience. Our daughter is so happy and is healing beautifully. I also appreciate all the support she offers for after care for trouble shooting any issues, even offering practical suggestions on reintroducing swimming after the initial healing period. We thankfully haven't had to take advantage of it, but it is so reassuring to know she is there for us should the need arise. Her pricing is very reasonable (comparable to piercing with a gun by an untrained clerk at a retail store), and you have all the experience and knowledge she brings, not to mention quality jewellery. “Got another tattoo first time here, same amazing artist as before. This place is clean, which is the main thing when getting a tattoo! Rates are expensive but they are in line with everywhere else, so I mean it's normal but tattoos are expensive!! For the most part staff is friendly, I would get another one here.
