The people of this company are definitely worth 5 stars…or more. I live in a condo development and wanted to beautify the street view of our condo. I drive by their office every day and their sidewalk garden fascinated me as the colours changed during the summer season and it’s eye appeal was second to none. From first approaching them last fall, until installation yesterday, everyone was personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. I met with them to explain what I wanted, and they prepared a plan for our condo board. It was so thorough I received board approval. The installation was so perfect yesterday, that if you hadn’t seen them working, you would have thought that my flower bed had been there all along. We have had Nina and her bee squad come to our home for many years. We always were excited to come home after the clean because we knew it would be spotless and dustless and our dogs were also spoiled when they were there. We never had any concerns and always appreciated the professionalism and dedication they take with their work. We sadly are leaving Alberta and sold our home. Nina and her team came in on a Sunday to do our move out. They did an exceptional job and even took care of the lawn for us. We will miss this service but we are so happy we met Nina, her family and her team ❤️

I was experiencing foot pain and it was difficult to walk. Maulik quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work treating it. Everyone at the location is super friendly and professional. Maulik took the time to explain everything with me and talk through treatment options. I am not a fan of needles so Maulik was very accommodating and used other treatments to help, which made me feel very comfortable. Your duct cleaning service on Thursday was on time and completed within a thorough and timely service. Anton minimized the equipment intrusion considering a cold winter day. He was also very communicative in issues of concern. 2nd call two days later for furnace failure, called Cliff and in a couple hours Anton arrived and fixed the furnace, complimentary. I will definitely refer Cliff, Anton and Hot Pepper Furnace to my friends and family. For any future concerns they will be my 'first call'.

Priya was an absolute joy! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding day, and she exceeded my expectations. This is only the second time to Chez Soi 1912 to see Jessica for a curly hair cut. I didn't think that it would make much of a difference if the stylist had curly hair experience or not, but boy was I wrong! Jessica explained why they do a dry cut and how to work with my curl pattern. She showed me how to maintain my curls and the specific products to use and more importantly, when to use them! Very relaxing experience and what a great scalp massage! Wonderful place and Jessica is such a doll!
Sam did a wonderful job for my needed roots colour fix! I am so glad I discovered this gem place while searching. The place is very clean, neat and tidy. Sam makes it so cosy. Love the soft music in the background as you close your eyes to relax while waiting for the colours to absorb.

Lux took over the property management of our Condo Corp, including snow removal and landscaping over a year ago. Since they started on contract our sidewalks are among the cleanest in the community during the winter. They are very good communicators and are consistent and thorough. Our front lawn was in terrible shape and it was time to trash sixty-year-old grass and depleted soil. I saw a Best Bet truck go by my home one day and decided to give them a call. We arranged a full lawn replacement and Kelly scheduled the work in two phases for us so we could install a two-zone irrigation system between stripping and then laying the new sod. First off this is a family run business who makes it their first priority to make you feel at home like your family too. Their front end staff is so welcoming they have me smiling before I even get through the door even on my worst days.
Dr. Steffani has been working with my fiance for a few years now and he has Ankylosing Spondylitis which is a intense chronic pain disorder and he has come so far working with her. After years of searching he said she is the only one who has created relieve and trust that things can get better when supported correctly.
Dr. Jaime is who my daughter and I see. My daughter has 2- 9 inch screws in each hip and Jaime is very knowledgeable and careful when adjusting addison. She has created so much trust with my daughter and has supported her on her healing journey. I also see Dr. Jaime and as a thyroid cancer survivor I deal with extreme scar tissue and neck pain. She has been so patient and supportive with me with every adjustment. She makes me feel seen and heard and I trust her with my life.
Finally I would like to shout out Julie one of the massage therapist. I have dealt with chronic pain, built up scar tissue and chronic neck issues from my surgeries in the past. I have seen NO JOKE probably 100 massage therapists in the last 20 years.
I can not express enough how absolutely amazing she is. I had a 90 minute massage and she doesnt let one minute go to waste, her pressure is firm, precise and consistent for the entire session. She has gotten through 20 years worth of layers of scar tissue and damage in one session. I have never in all my life and I can say I have had hundreds of massages since my healing journey began had the kind of relief and movement after one session with her. She is very skilled, knowledgeable and willing to give your body what it needs.
The amount of relief I felt after my 90 minute session literally brought me to tears of gratitude to the point I was like can I give you a hug. Ps not a hugger no lone to professional strangers but couldnt help myself because what she did was a start to a healing journey I didnt even know I could experience.

I had a wonderful massage experience. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and understand exactly where my pain was, which made a huge difference. Her knowledge of the fascia and hypermobility was clear throughout the session, and she was able to target the areas that were actually contributing to my pain. I left feeling noticeably better.

Amazing experience with Laurie Q This was my first time at Massage works. The whole experience from booking my appointment, billing, the massage! All of it was the most wonderful experience ever! There is lots of parking right out front the business it's easy to get to, the inside smells absolutely amazing! lots of light, big open space. Front end reception was very welcoming and wonderful! Laurie was so polite, kind and soooooo knowledgeable. I have been struggling with lower back pain which is coming from different muscles and such. she used shockwave on me and massaged me, I wish I could have spent the whole day in the comfort relaxation of this place, Laurie is a miracle worker with what she does and I'll 100% be re booking and letting friends and family know as well!

Denise is easily the best massage therapist I've been to. Whatever ailment I have usually feels better in 1 or 2 sessions. She also provides stretches and exercises to help reduce pain. I even make my family gone her when they come from out of town!
