There was a small problem with my furnace and it would not turn on. He was here 10 minutes but flipped a button and it turned on.I was not charged. He was here in an hour just as he said he would be. Thank you

Very happy with Shane's services. I had a big leak on hot water heater, and I called many places for service and Shane was the only one offering to come and make sure everything was shut properly until it could be fixed. Thanks to him I was able to at least have cold water until he could replace it. He came a day earlier than planned, which was great, and installed a brand new on demand water heater within the budget and the time we agreed on. When he left, the place was cleaner than before he came. Would definitely call back for any plumbing or furnace needs.
