Went to see Ally for a massage treatment- by far the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt relaxed, yet my problem areas were still treated and she clearly understood my comfort level in the treatment. I’ve noticed improvement after only one treatment! I’ll be sure to go to her again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting New Balance Therapies in Cochrane, Alberta for the first time, and I have to say that it was a truly fantastic experience.
