Air source heat pump install was done as scheduled, with due care for our home. Josh was very competent, and was patient in responding to our queries. We especially appreciated the finished presentation, of a job done well. Kudos also to Stephanie, who was always available, and supported our project work. We appreciated that Plumbing Solved stood behind their quote price.
From Wildcat Hills Gas Plant: Recently, we hired Problem Solved to replace all of our toilets and install sensor activated taps and urinals in the facility (9 toilets, 8 faucets, 3 urinals). The sales representative who came to quote the job was very knowledgeable and gave us fair pricing and the installation technician (David) was super kind and an absolute pro. Everything turned out great and we are quite happy with the upgrades. The service and receptionist team has also been a pleasure to work with - quick to respond and send someone out to help us when needed.
