I had an excellent experience having Mr.Urii work on my doors ! He was very communicative and arrived quickly as soon as I called for the repairs . He worked very efficiently and got two of my door repairs done quickly. His work is exceptional and I am very happy with his service and have recommended him to my friends and family. Yurii went far and above what we expected when he came to replace our basement door. For our initial consultation, he stayed an hour to answer any and all questions. The previous company that provided an estimate said it would take 3 months to order in the door, while Yurii was able to get us the door in 3 weeks (the same manufacturer as the previous company we consulted).
He arrived on time on the day of the work. When he found a problem with water damage to the frame, he advised us on what we could do and provided a short-term fix until we could get our house siding sorted out. LOOK NO FURTHER! Would give them 10/10 star review if I could. I got 4 quotes in total for our windows, each salesman that came over was talking my ear off for an hour plus trying to sell their product which I found very irritating. Yourri was my last quote and came in and was clear, efficient and in and out in fifteen minutes with all the measurements he needed, and was quick and to the point which I appreciated and didn't waste my time.
